I could create and deliver an Excel spreadsheet that would allow you to track your spending on a monthly basis.
I could also customize it for you, and based on the financial data you provide to me, figure out how you could reach your goal in a set amount of time, for a 2nd unit. Deeper analysis could also be done if you wish.
Please look at the feedback left by Jess, for whom I created a customized document which outlined how to track their income and expenditures, save for a house purchase, set aside emergency funds and have money left over, within 5 years on a limited income. : )
