Convert zipper to lace up wed gowns

I have wedding gowns to use in wedding photoshoots...and some of the ones I recently purchased are zip up gowns. I need them converted to lace up backs. (And it needs to look good for editorial shots the photographers may want to take. : )
I have already had them pressed, so I would need to find someone local to do it for me. Willing to meet in the middle to pick up and drop off.
I am in North Jersey, and willing to drive up to an hour, but the closer you are to Wayne,NJ, the better. : )
I believe I have as many of 10 of them...we can do them in sets of 3 or 5 each, depending on your schedule and availability.
I have included an initial amount that I am willing to pay in simbi for each gown. However, if you think it is too low, please let me know what you would like instead (*before we agree to meet*).
