One of the quickest yet insightful tarot readings is the past, present, future spread. With only three cards, you can gain insight into your past, your current state, and how the future might look. I can give you a spread and we'll chat about the results. You can also request an extra card at the end for clarification or further insight to the reading itself.
Cards are read best together in the spread as well as functioning independently in their positions. The past relates the your present in telling you how you got here while the future tells you where you are currently heading. The idea of the future is what brings most to divination but there are two ways of looking at the future. Some see it as a set course of action that will always come about no matter what. I do not hold that as absolute truth. Instead, the future is a snapshot of what might happen if you do not change your current actions.
