This is for a 50 minute bodywork session at your location. I'm happy to come to you within Tucson city limits. If you're further, let's talk. I am in Phoenix about once a month. 30 points discount if you have a table OR 30 points additional for an extra half hour.
Touch helps us rest and activates your parasympathetic nervous system. It helps us de-stress, produces oxytocin and shifts our neurotransmitter cascades in a healthy relaxing direction. This improves cognition later in the day, reduces tension & anxiety, generates feelings of well being. It may help relieve anxiety or headaches. It's also just plain fun & enjoyable.
I'm happy to focus on particular areas if you have been feeling particularly tight somewhere. Deeper work may help break up the fascia that hold your muscles in tense positions maladaptively.
I like to have a quick phone call prior to the session to get to know each other and discuss your needs, parking, temperature, noise, interruptions & space constraints in your home.
Take some time for yourself and get away from your hectic life. It's a little mini vacation for free.
Training & Qualifications
I have over 1900 hours of table time giving california style intuitive healing touch & energy work. I adjustable table with face cradle, oil, salves, & music. I'm in my mid 50s, 6'4" 250 lbs. I've been doing bodywork since i was a kid. And have been lucky enough to trade with and learn from multiple well known teachers in different parts of the country.
