It’s a 60 minuets online session, plus up to 3 email messages. I usually send out a zoom link a week before the session.
Training & Qualifications
I’m a registered dietitian since year 2000 and I’ve been teaching mindful eating for over five years.
Availability & Preferences
I’m available on some weekends.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jing. She walked me through a lovely exercise with the intention of helping me eat more mindfully. Even over the pho...ne, she projects a sense of calmness which immediately put me at ease. It was similar to a guided meditation, except, my food became the focus. At the end of it, I felt very relaxed and more appreciative of the food that was on my plate.
As part of our exchange, I wrote a song about mindful eating for Jing, which was based on my experience during our session. Writing and performing the song was soothing in and of itself as I remembered the important message she shared with me about the joys of being fully aware while eating. show more
