Hi there! I spent nearly a decade as a technical writer before I changed careers to become a mental health therapist. During my time as a student, I wanted to learn how to best help people. Through my own healing journey, I was awakened to the significance of humans as conscious, multidimensional beings. Since then, I have become certified in holistic healing modalities such as reiki, psychic readings, and Core Transformation coaching.
