Core Transformation Session

Core Transformation (CT) is a gentle and effective technique to change a feeling, thought, or behavior. One session takes about 90 minutes and can be completed over Zoom. CT is not like any other kind of coaching! We will spend a little bit of time talking about what you would like to change and narrow it down to a specific feeling, thought, or behavior. Then you will be guided through the CT process, which is a closed eyes exploration of connecting with yourself on a subconscious level. You will develop new inner resources as a result of completely transforming the thought, feeling, or behavior. CT is effective for reducing anxiety, changing habits like nail biting or smoking, transforming thoughts related to imposter syndrome or feeling not good enough, and shifting feelings such as anger, shame, or guilt. One session can have profound results!
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Core Transformation coach. I completed the foundation training, advanced training, and certification program through Andrea’s NLP.
I have over 100 hours of experience guiding clients through the CT process.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free during the week. I am located in Denver on mountain time.
