I will share my vegan, gluten free potato leek soup recipe with you! I adapted the recipe from a few different recipes that I found online. After trial and error, I wrote down my recipe. This is one of my go-to dishes when I am craving comfort food or when I'm sick. This soup pairs nicely with a homemade gluten-free sourdough bread or vegetables.
Training & Qualifications
I'm an excellent cook and measure my ingredients, so there's no guesswork in my recipe! I enjoy cooking and sharing healthy food recipes with people! I understand the difficulties that folks have if they are gluten free and/or vegan.
Availability & Preferences
