I will do concrete(footings, flat work, walls), basic carpentry( typical building techniques and repair), and pipe work(copper, steel, stainless steel, pvc). I am a builder. I am not a rockstar but i do decent work. I don't have any heavy equipment or specialty tools. Just basic power tools and hand tools, and I have the knowledge.
