I will look at your theory of change, strategy, programmes, organisational structure and provide suggestions for improvements. I will also provide suggestions for philanthropic funding proposals. Output format to be agreed - in most cases it would be a written one to two-pager plus a Skype call/FaceTime if needed.

My session with Yaki was certainly informative, insightful and useful! Before the session I provided Yaki a document set for building up her understan...ding toward what I have been doing. Her feedback was thorough, honest and analytical, which is what I need in running platform like this. During the skype session she shed light on the precedents I could look at and what potential direction I could take things into. Since she is quite well exposed to the entrepreneur scene and NGO scene from her past experience, she is able to answer a lot of questions or clarify misconceptions entrepreneur and funder has while running or funding a social enterprise.
