Reiki is an amazing form of energy exchange that is powerful enough to heal and reenergize the person's emotional and physical psyche. Reiki is an old technique that was reintroduced to the world by Buddhist Master Usui in 1922 Japan, but has been adopted by millions of practitioners around the world since, and has become very well accepted in alternative medicine spas, and even some hospitals including University Health Network-Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Reiki is considered an aid to the conventional medical treatments, and helps reduce anxiety, promote healing, and help cope with pain.

I can travel to your place if it is easily accessible by public transit TTC, where you can relax in the comfort of your own home on your couch, living room chair, bed, or similar.

If distance is an issue, i also offer a long distance session, I recommend finding somewhere quiet that you can relax during the session and will be comfortable. It helps to know your location, what you would like to work on (current and chronic health issues, etc), and a photo of yourself to focus visualizing with.
