I will give you tips and tricks to become vegan, or help you transition into veganism. I will suggest examples of foods you can prepare, and explain the importance of eating specific food types when you go vegan, in order to replace the needed vitamins, minerals, and proteins including: Seeds, nuts, legumes, vegetables, fruits, and starches.
If you have any questions you would like to ask to a seasoned vegan, I would also be more than happy to answer you, and give you advice.
Training & Qualifications
I have been vegan since i was 16, for about 7 years and have learned many tips and tricks to living this lifestyle that i have shared with hundreds of friends, and family members.
