I grew up in the US, spent the last few years in Goa, and currently have my sights set on Portugal 😎

I love people, and believe in service above all things.

I'm a certified business coach/consultant (not a big fan of that title) but really think of myself as a problem solver.

I love helping people self-actualize, achieve their goals, or be their best selves.

As 70% of business coaching is Life coaching, it allows me to do deep work as well.

I find that to be immensely rewarding. ☺️ In this regard I have done a fair amount of work on "clarity", "mindset", "fear", and "confidence".

I love to help people get back up, and find their fire again. Or to address something within themselves that they've been longing to, but aren't sure how.

Equally glad irrespective of whether it is of a professional or personal nature.
Life is hard, and can kick our asses, but it is also beautiful.

Sometimes we just need to reframe things, or change a single aspect of ourselves to improve our entire life.
And we are never beaten until we quit. 💯
I strongly believe that a rising tide lifts all boats and so I believe in the collective.
We must all do for ourselves, but it sure helps to have a network of positive, energetic souls pulling in the same direction.

Am a huge NFL fan, love animals, am into the stars (but not astrology, lol), and value kindness above...well... everything, really.
