Give me a topic, who the poem is for, some notes about what you'd like the poem to include and I will put your feelings into words. I have written poetry for years, taken college level classes, and have been published a few times for my work. Let me know what you're looking for, I can send you some samples of my published work, and we can come up with a trade :)
Some things to consider:
Who is the poem for?
Do you want free verse or do you want it to rhyme and have a specific structure? (Free verse is my niche, but I can follow rhyme scheme as well.)
How many lines would you like the poem to be?
What perspective do you want the speaker to be from?
What is the purpose of the poem? (For a gift, obituary, assignment, etc.)
After the poem is written and sent, if you have notes or would like something specific to be changed, one "free" rewrite will be included.

Training & Qualifications
I graduated college in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in English Secondary Education. I took numerous classes on writing, reading, editing, and poetry. What I've found is that the more one reads, the better that person writes, and I am an avid reader. I've studied everything from sonnets to epics to free verse and have published several pieces. My very first published poem was actually when I was in 6th grade and I wrote a rhyming poem about cats. I've definitely grown since then, but haven't lost my love for writing poetry (and cats) :)
