I will listen and support during this difficult time of crisis, tragedy, trauma, loss, grief and devastation. It does really help to talk to someone during difficult times. You feel less alone and release emotion and then you are able to make a plan on how to move forward, everything will somehow feel more manageable. When you feel alone, helpless and hopeless you are paralyzed with fear and cannot get yourself to get up and move forward. I will make myself available by phone or email for anyone who needs to talk.
