Everything in our minds about other people is a projection of our own mental & emotional baggage. Suffering is caused by believing those judgements. I can prove this to you by working with you in a kind, empathic and safe way on one specific judgement that you hold of another person at a specific moment in time. For example. "I am heart broken because my father abandoned me." I will ask you to fill in a worksheet and we will work through it by phone. At the end of our conversation a whole new world of possibilities would have opened to you and that one specific nagging thought would have left you. You will feel relieved.

I am an experienced counselor and I have been practicing this method on myself with profound results.
