Inkscape HELP for CNC Plasma Bed

I am looking for someone to prepare a vector graphic to cut in 16 guage steel CNC Plasma bed.
Convert to DXF. I need this for Monday. Its 13" x 15" mild steel panel of a dragon. I also would love tutoring in Inkscape in general.
Here are some ideas. Ingeneral I would like a square celtic knot and a Dragon within. Design must be done with bridges so no pieces fall out. - all attached.
