I love animals. I am a natural Therapeutic Touch practitioner for dogs. I aim to find areas that need extra loving energy which I can extrapolate from the grounding meditation we do together (your pet and I). My mandate when I do this exercise is to heal as much as I can. I truly care about all animals and do this as a 'labour of love'. Animals can feel my connection with them, and I can communicate my affection for them through eye-contact and 'feathering' and 'smoothing' through their extended personal space closing what I feel are holes in what some call the aura and energizing it as well. Because I have no way of guaranteeing this attempt to calm, heal and comfort your pet, I must add a disclaimer as follows:

Training & Qualifications
I have been taught Therapeutic Touch basics, and have used it on Dogs and Cats of family and friends for about 10 years now. I am a meditator for a decade which is the starting point for this kind of energy work. I have shared my life with dogs and cats, rabbits, birds, and other creatures for 57 years. I seem to have a special affinity towards all animals. I like to talk to them, and they appear to like me back. Even grumpy ones. I can feel 'hot spots' of discomfort and pain on dogs and cats and know how to work energy in the areas much like a Masseuse would work a knotted muscle except in the 1" to 10" area around the animal. I will occasionally directly touch the animal too, as a communication method and to bond.
