I can help answer any questions you might have about Menstrual cups, including help with figuring out how to size/measure yourself for one, how to figure out the best cup for you, and how to use them to get the best results. They do have a learning curve, so getting some help from an experienced user can mean the difference between having a positive or negative experience with Menstrual cups. I believe there is a cup out there for every anatomy, so don't despair, your perfect cup is out there :)
