Cilantro tincture is said to be good for heavy metal detox, supporting healthy sleep, anti-bacterial properties, blood sugar balance, and menstrual support among many other wonderful healing qualities! I steep/infuse my tinctures for at least six weeks to draw out as much of the goodness as I can from the herbs!
