Basil tincture is said to be good for arthritis, anti-inflammatory properties, high in anti-oxidants, digestive support, immune boosting, anti-depressant potential, and expectorant among many other wonderful healing qualities! I steep/infuse my tinctures for at least six weeks to draw out as much of the goodness as I can from the herbs!
