Thanks for taking a look at my service! I’ve had pets for as long as I’ve been drawing and I fully understand just how important furbabies are. I love my boys and my crazy kitty and I always aim to bring that love to the drawings I make of other’s pets.
What I’ll do: I will create an approximately 4”x6” hand-drawn image of your pet using some combination of the following: graphite, ink, colored pencil, charcoal, and/or marker.
What you will get: I will photograph that image with a Canon DLSR camera and send the high resolution digital version of that file to you via email. Additionally, you will have the option of purchasing the original drawing for $25 plus shipping.
What I need: I will need at least three images of your pet that you really like; I will choose what to draw from these. The better quality picture you choose; the more detail I can include in the portrait!
When will you get it: After I have received the images, within 3 days you can expect the drawing to be completed, at which point you will get a smartphone picture of it and it will be posted on my Instagram. You will get the high resolution image within 7 days after the drawing is completed.
Training & Qualifications
I have been drawing and creating art my whole life. In gifted classes in elementary school for art, I went on to win a silver key in an art competition in High School and then to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art from Berea College. Right now I am in my personal renaissance, enjoying a period of creativity and creation I haven’t known in many years, and I’m living it to the fullest. With two dogs and a cat of my own now, I’ve had pets for as long as I’ve been drawing and I fully understand just how important pets are. I love my boys and my crazy kitty and I always aim to bring that love to the drawings I make of other’s pets.
