Did you know there are currently more than 1800+ unfulfilled requests on Simbi? Maybe yours is one of them. But you made a request to be fulfilled, not to be left empty. So how about a helping hand in increasing the odds of getting your request fulfilled?

That's where this service comes in. I will reach out to suitable candidates on Simbi on behalf of you and ask if they are willing to help you out with your request. Frankly, by actively reaching out people do respond.

*What you will gain*
Either a candidate that can help you fulfill the request or the knowledge Simbi currently has nobody suitable to help you out without having your time wasted. We hope the former of course :)!

*Why me?*
- Proper English (Both in grammar, tone, and context)
- Keeping track of the progress
- Capacity for up to 50 reach outs per day
- Understand your request and only target the right candidates
- Automatically prefer candidates with the biggest bang for its buck if they have equal stats
- By actively reaching out users receive a notification in their email inbox. This greatly increases response rates (usually 3-4 out of every 10 people reached out to)

*How would this go*
1. Have a help request or have created one and linked this to me.
2. Tell me how many candidates you would like to reach out to.
3. Tell me how many reminders per candidate you would like to have.
4. Click 'Accept' to the proposal
5. Let's roll :)!

*Price*
Upstart (one-off per request): 5 Simbi
Per candidate: 3 Simbi
Per reminder per candidate: 2 Simbi

Example 1: 5 Candidates, each 2 reminders tops.
5+ (5*3) + (10*2) = 40 Simbi total

Example 2: 10 Candidate, each 1 reminder
5 + (10*3) + (10*2) = 55 Simbi total

Note: We will do a maximum of 3 reach outs per candidate. That is the initial one (candidate) + 2 follow-up reminders. We wait between 48 - 72 hours before we send a follow-up reminder. Usually, it requires an initial reach out + at least 1 reminder to get a response from somebody back.

Note 2: The price of 35 Simbi is a placeholder. The actual price is calculated as per the price table mentioned above ^.

*FAQ*
Q: Is the pricing based upon effort or results?
A: Effort-only.

Q: What if after X amount of candidates reach out nobody is found?
A: If there are still people left we can reach out to, we recommend a second round. If Simbi's candidate base has been exhausted then this is the best the platform can offer at the moment.

Q: What are your delivery times?
A: If you take initial reach out + 3 days between each reminder it would be 9 days total per candidate. Include some additional time for the difference in timezones and it would be around 2 weeks tops. That is of course if nobody replies back after 2 reminders. If we strike lucky it can be as quick as 1 day.

Q: Will you continue searching after a suitable candidate has been found and reached out?
A: Of course not :)! We will tally up the work we have done so far and modify the proposal to reflect the work that has been done. Fair is fair.
