I will engage in an eye-gazing activity (looking into each other's eyes) for 1-10 minutes, depending on your comfort/desire. Eye-gazing is a powerful tool to engage, feel connected, work though emotional problems and coming back to yourself (feeling more connected to yourself after you've been disconnected)
Training & Qualifications
I study and teach meditation. I've engaged in many eye gazing connections and feel confident in non judgementally holding space for someone working through something -maybe just needing to feel connected to someone for a bit

Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before 4pm
