I will assess your posture, breathing, movement, physical and emotional state based on the symptoms you describe to me and provide massage, craniosacral, myofascial, and energetic treatments to bring your nervous system back to balance. I can also offer suggestions for corrective self-care and exercise strategies.

My ideal clients are sensitive, introspective people who do not seek out "aggressive" bodywork.
I do not like to "beat people up" and will try to do as much good as I can without making you sore the next day (although sometimes that is called for).

I've had so many people come in and say things like "You don't have to worry about hurting me, I like a lot of pressure" and it breaks my heart because they are often so armored they simply cannot feel.
