Provide a guided meditation I recorded for body scanning, relaxation and connecting with heart. Pause from the busyness and stress of life, give yourself a gift of sitting in the silence, drawing your attention to your well being, find rest and relaxation as we connect with ourselves.
This meditation is dedicated to all of us who are stressed out by the demands of the world of systems that binds us into forgetting our true nature. We will not forget. We will remember, again and again, our inherent basic goodness, our love of truth and liberation from all sorts of colonization, of our minds, bodies, speech and spirit. Every day, as diligent as we can.
Training & Qualifications
Experienced teacher with over 750 hours of yoga & meditation training, degrees in psychology, and numerous years of teaching hundreds of students in classes, workshops, and private sessions all around the world.
A lifetime of studying with embodied teachers and leading scientists, including the Dalai Lama, Richard Davidson, Matthieu Ricard, Jon Kabat Zinn, Mingyur Rinpoche, Daniel Goleman, Desmond Tutu, and more.
