Do you need a bit of a kindness boost in your life? I can help you find a few ways to experiment with kind habits that will work best for you. When I say best I mean the ones that will allow you to be kind to others with no strings attached and might support in bringing you more feelings of gratitude, happiness and joy in your life.
Training & Qualifications
Often called a love warrior I have been on a quest to bring more love and kindness to the world for many years. I personally partake in several daily kindness practices, from writing a thank you card once a day to giving away any extra food to the homeless folks I call friends that live in my alleyway. I also often times lead walks and events to love bomb strangers with random acts of kindness.
