I'll give you quick and easy little culinary tips. Cooking for a hot date and really want impress them? Want to improve your favorite dish? Maybe you want to improve your kitchen skills and be an overall better cook. Every little tip makes you stronger in the kitchen. Tips are totally random and simple tricks anyone can do. Let me know your skill level
'Beginner' - "I boiled water once."
'Cook' - "Yea, I can cut up some stuff and put it in a pot."
'Chef' - "You want me to whip up a delicious meal from these random 5 ingredients? No problem!"
'Culinary God' - "Dinner tonight is a confit pheasant cassoulet served with roasted heirloom squash topped with caramelized onions, maple-bourbon bechamel & pepitas."

Training & Qualifications
15 years in the restaurant industry in every position from a dishwasher to busboy to head chef in a fine dinning restaurant. I've worked both front of house and back of house. I'm fluent in cooking 5+ cuisines (i.e. Mexican, Italian, French, Indian, Middle Eastern).
