I will review and suggest edits to your legal documents, such as contracts, promissory notes, wills, terms of service, online privacy policy statements, based on the applicable law. Tax, intellectual property or securities law research, analysis or advice is excluded. If work beyond 60 minutes is necessary, I will advise you before commencing legal work; all such "overage" work, if desired, will be at a negotiated cash rate. I am licensed only in Arizona, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas and Washington, DC. A separate attorney-client agreement will be sent by Adobe Echosign and needs to be signed electronically prior to engagement.
