We talk about identifying a target market, researching demographics and psychographics of your ideal customer, and putting together a marketing strategy to reach that specific group. Learn how to close a sale, how to persuade people to buy from you. How to follow up with prospects, how to retain your clients, how to generate new leads.

I am a forensic psychology graduate from the university of Toronto. Conducted several research studies in psychology. Former senior marketing director in the financial industry. Currently in the process of building 2 businesses.
