Find your motivation to take action towards a healthier you.
We will explore the many facets of a healthy lifestyle for you, and find one thing to make an achievable action plan around.
Follow up sessions are helpful. Half hour follow up sessions available for 30S.
Training & Qualifications
I have training and experience in health coaching (5 years), health promotion (20 years), with a background in motivational interviewing and medicine.
The letters after my name: MBBS, BMedSc(Hons), MMedSc(HProm)
I enjoy working with people online, using Zoom.
Availability & Preferences
Australian Eastern Time, evenings, Fridays and weekends.
