Kosher Recipe
5
I have a multitude of kosher recipes in an album on Facebook and I am always looking for more recipes to try.
Kosher means they are in accordance with Jewish dietary law. For those who are unfamiliar with the laws, that means they do not have pork, shellfish, or mix milk and meat. Fish also must have scales and fins but are not considered meat. The Kosher for Passover recipes do not include any of the 5 grains and do not include anything traditionally forbidden to Ashkenazi Jews during Passover.
I would be happy to send you a recipe if you tell me what you are looking for : meat, dairy, parve, or Pesach/Passover. If you are a vegetarian or vegan or have specific allergies, let me know and I may have a work around for whatever you need. I have a few allergies myself so I know how hard that can be.
Training & Qualifications
I am an observant Jew who keeps kosher. I have also studied in yeshiva for a number of years so know more about Jewish dietary law than probably most people on Simbi. I also am very good at finding recipes and converting them to being kosher.
