My experience is pretty varied from one-on-one professional training in food service, languages & computer use to group orientation slide shows and conference presentations, occasional situations like an educational trivia game show, all often improvised out of necessity. Some modifying of canned curricula to things developed from scratch with preparation time or without. Topics have ranged from sex, STDs, emotional support, sustainability, social justice, anti-racism, disability, meditation, change advocacy.
Probably the two best things I can offer would be helping you think outside of your own context (outside the box) and helping to prevent people from getting bored (using brain research based tips for teaching).
Training & Qualifications
I have been a trainer my entire adult life and creating my own curricla for 30 years. I have hundreds of hours of time teaching, leading workshops, facilitating meetings in a wide variety of settings and topics.
I have a bachelors degree and have attended thousands of hours of classes, workshops & conference sessions.
I have taught at many retreat centers including Esalen.
