Coaching is about stepping out together, on a journey of growth and change that is both measurable and useful.
Litza’s approach is rooted in personal myth making. Through deep listening, open questions, and experiential exercises, she encourages participants to reveal the stories they live by. Participants can then challenge, change, and rewrite the stories that no longer serve them.
Whether your intention is to build a successful creative business, to generate new creative habits, to boost your creative practice, or to bring more creativity into your parenting, your relationships and your daily life; coaching can help you find your way.
Training & Qualifications
I am a creative professional with 25 years of experience in the entertainment and arts industries. I am also a Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach with additional certificates in counseling, NLP and hypnotherapy. I also have a BFA in fine art/performance and a Masters in Dance with additional training in a broad range of dance and somatic techniques.
My creative journey has been full of twists and turns, ups and downs, playfulness and laughter, interesting characters, and of course a few dark nights of the soul. I set up Compasso Coaching to help others discover their own true north and navigate their journey with compassion, creativity and courage.
Availability & Preferences
My availability is variable but I can usually fit sessions in remotely during the week (10-6 Central) and occasionally on Saturdays. In person sessions take place on week days and require one week's notice.
