I Ching - Yarrow Stalk Traditional
35
Yarrow is the plant associated with fortune telling, and casting a fortune using the traditional method of I Ching requires fifty stalks of yarrow. It so happens that a friend of mine some years back knew I was in the practice of reading I Ching and gifted me a copy of the New Revised Edition of The I Ching Workbook by Wu Wei, including a set of stalks imported from I Ching's native China.
Using these stalks I will meditate on your query and handle the stalks to generate a changing hexgram by the traditional method. Then, I will produce a customized PDF file for your convenience and reference with passages from the book accompanied by an interpretation suited to your query.
Not intended for general readings, please employ this service when you have a specific question or situation in mind.
Training & Qualifications
I've been studying the text or the I Ching (literally translated: "Book of Changes") since 1993, and performing readings using the yarrow stalk method since 2012. With great humility I handle the stalks as instructed.
Availability & Preferences
For the time being I am limiting this service to once a month and a minimum deadline of two weeks as this format of divination requires some preparation on my part that necessitates a large opening of my personal schedule.
