I am offering to tutor students in math and/or science from grades K to 12. I can help with homework, understanding the subject material, and developing learning and study strategies.
Training & Qualifications
I have a bachelor's and master's degree in chemical engineering. I have experience volunteering in STEM outreach to schools where I mentored and explained complex concepts to students from grades K to 12. I work as an engineer (both before and after pursuing my master's degree) so I can explain how concepts learned in class are used in real life. I have volunteered remotely as a tutor with the DISCOVER Post-Secondary Preparation Society where I tutor students from grades 4 to 12 in math and science.
