Hi, I’m Salma! I’m an executive and career coach with a passion for helping people find clarity, confidence, and purpose in their work and life. I spent over 20 years in senior HR leadership roles at multinational company, leading teams and transformation projects across Egypt, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and beyond.

Now, as the founder of IGNITIA Coaching & Consulting, I support leaders and professionals through moments of change, growth, and self-discovery.

One of the biggest influences on my coaching style is my love for travel. I’ve explored 68 countries so far. Every culture, conversation, and journey has deepened my curiosity and empathy, and I bring that open, grounded perspective into every coaching session.
