I will provide you with a 20 minute chat about whatever is going on. Regardless if you are a new mom or a seasoned one, we all need someone to talk to. I know. I've been there myself. I know how it is. Family and friends can only help so much. Sometimes it is nice to have someone on the outside offer an ear or friendly advice. Do you have questions on what is normal newborn behavior? Diapering questions? Feeding questions? Questions about your body as it is healing from birth? Or maybe you just need someone to talk to. Someone to vent with.

I'm open and easy to talk to. I will listen to you, hear your concerns, and offer helpful suggestions. I'm also a nurse, pediatrics, and a doula. So I can also offer a clinical perspective if need be. I generally like helping people and I believe that it takes a tribe to raise a child and a family. Lean on me when you need the support.
