Loaf of Bread Delivery (Local Only)

I will make you a fresh loaf of white, sourdough, wheat, or vegan Italian bread. I can make the white or wheat as overnight round bread that is ready by 9 am. The Italian loaf is a hand shaped crusty bread that looks a bit like a fat french baguette and has all the yummy Italian spices in it. That one takes a bit longer because of the shaping and double rise. I usually get that done by early afternoon. The sourdough looks similar to the Italian loaf, but is lighter in color, and it takes longer if I have to wake up my starter. I can deliver in South Jersey Gloucester County area, or you can pick it up. I use mostly organic ingredients (some things you can't find organic easily). The only preservative I use is Apple Cider Vinegar - you don't taste it and it makes the bread last a couple of extra days. (It usually goes in one day in my house!)
Training & Qualifications
I have been baking bread for several years, first with a bread machine and later by hand. I found I enjoy the by hand process more than the bread machine, so I stopped using the machine a couple of years ago. I enjoy making various types of bread and would make it more often, but I can only eat so much myself!
Availability & Preferences
You'll have to let me know a day ahead of time if you want warm bread (A week if you want sourdough - my starter is sleeping in the fridge and it takes a while to wake up). We can set delivery or pickup time by appointment. Send me a message! I will only charge 5 Simbi if you pick it up.
