1 Herbal Medicine Recommendation

I will listen to your symptoms you share and write them down.
I will take the time to read over your symptoms and suggest a tradional herb recommendation for your ailment.
I will discuss various methods you can use in order to take the herb.
I will discuss what precautions you might need to take or give you any warning of herb. Ex., Some herbs should not be heated and some are better with slow steeping (in tea or decoction form).
Training & Qualifications
I am a Herbal Practioner with 20 hours of study in traditional uses of medicinal botanicals at SouthWest Herbs under Kathleen Gould, RH.
I have continued to study Herbs outside of the classroom and have helped family and friends with Herbal suggestions. I am not a licensed doctor and you should ask your doctor before changing anything to your diet or medicine regiment. I only share traditional knowledge of Herbs and can not test or diagnosis. I am not responsible for any illness or injury due to my suggestions.
