Life gets crazy. Bad health habits add up. Before you know it the changes you need to make to get back on track are overwhelming. Don't wait for a crisis to changer your health. Answer a few questions about your daily habits, and let me challenge you with ONE simple change you can make today for better health in 2017. Question 1) What is the first thing you drink in the morning? 2) If 1 is a couch potato and 10 is a fitness instructor, where are you in the scale of 1-10? 3) What do you consider your WORST habit? 4) When you snack do you prefer sweet, or salty, or whatever is handy? Are you a morning person or night owl? 5) What is your best health habit? 6) Would you describe yourself as OVER your optimal weight, UNDER, or JUST RIGHT?

I enjoy reading and putting into practice a healthy lifestyle. I started a walking group in the last small town I lived. So many of the women saw amazing improvement in their health that I have never stopped searching for better health ideas. I can inspire you also. You can feel healthier tomorrow than you do today.
