Either meet you at a store and walk you through the aisles and show you which products are safe and which are not.
Able to do a video call and virtually walk with you through the store.
There are many misleading things in stores today that most people would assume could not possibly contain gluten however there are so many little details that it's hard to notice all the fine print.
Training & Qualifications
Self taught. My wife has celiac and I have many friends as well that do. I have taught multiple people how to cook, prep and shop for Gluten allergies. I have not had anyone with Celiac or sensitivities have a reaction from my kitchen or cooking in four years.
Availability & Preferences
Weekdays morning and evening. Almost all day on the weekends.
