I have been preparing and serving gluten free dishes for over four years, my wife has Celiac as well as many of my friends. I have full books of recipes and knowledge of a plethora of gluten free items.
This service is intented to help any one that is gluten fre. Whether newly diagnosed with celiac, trying the diet, or someone interested in gluten free cooking.
