Since the pandemic has started, I extended my classes to online zoom and pre recorded follow alongs. When the pandemic ends, I will continue the online classes with the zoom classes taking place once a week.

The classes focus on self defense and self improvement. You'll develop balance, coordination, fitness level, and you will improve your skill in kicking and controlling an attacker. Both children and adults benefit from increased focus, self-discipline, exposure to respectful attitude and atmosphere, opportunity for friendly competition, and fun. I am located online, and in person in San Antonio, TX.

You are invited to come see it for yourself, and even participate in a free class to try it out before you sign up. There is no experience necessary to start, so come as you are. We have had young children, military personnel, mothers and fathers all train their minds and bodies in the art of Tang Soo Do.
