Policies:
As a general rule, hair items and earrings cannot be returned due to public health issues. If, however, an item arrives broken or damaged, it can be returned for replacement. Please take pictures of damaged boxes/envelope (and keep them) so I can place an insurance claim if this occurs.
Any insurance claims for loss or damage will require a written statement on the insurance claim form, and may require the original packaging. *Please do not dispose of the packaging...if you do, you will waive your insurance coverage.*

Other items may be returned for the full purchase price (less shipping costs) within 1 weeks of receipt as long as: (a) I am contacted regarding the desire to return the item, (b) it is shipped in the same or an identical package as received with the packing materials provided to protect it and is received in resellable condition and (c) the item is covered via USPS insurance for the purchase price.

Please note that my belts/sashes are fragile, and should be treated just as you would a pearl necklace...with care. Tying them on too tightly could damage the sash by breaking components or opening connector rings. If a return is due to improper wear, a restocking/repair fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund.
