60 min Distance Reiki Session

What are you working on? This 60 minute distance Reiki session will be sent at an agreed time on a Sunday to support your highest good, and incorporate additional intentions to support your well-being. Reiki is the provision of universal energy to support your whole well-being through letting go of stress and replenishing balance. It does not, in and of itself, heal, but stress relief and balance can support a healing process, growth, clarity, focus and grounding. This is a deeper session than the 30 minute session and work can include deeper whole body balance and targeted energy work.
We'll connect in advance through Simbi to confirm any additional specific intentions for the session and I will follow up with a message here afterward to confirm the session has been sent and share any insights that may have come up. Intuitive connections may arise, but cannot be guaranteed!
I'll let you know what time I will be sending the Reiki and, if would you like to be present to receive the Reiki at the same time that is wonderful! If you cannot, simply plan to set aside the 60 minutes and set your intention to receive the session.

I am a Reiki Master Healer and Registered Practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association. Since 2010, I’ve worked with adults, youth and animals to help relieve their day-to-day-stresses, and build support for specific goals. I have been honoured to be able to provide reiki and mindfulness skills to support goals of healing and well-being,
