There is often a lot of anxiety associated with public speaking and giving presentations. My goal is to help you overcome it! There are a few different areas of focus:
1. The content itself and how the presentation or speech is organized
2. How to effectively use your body language and vocals
3. Engaging the audience

I have spoken at a few different events & facilitated workshops.
I have taken courses in:
Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Workshop Facilitation, Analyzing Oral Arguments, Business Communication Marketing, and Advertising.
