Its like knowing 'Pig-Latin' only the concept is easier to learn when you know the secret, and more importantly not as many people will know how to understand it!

Best part.... I know TWO of these languages that you can choose from!

The first I learned it from my mother. Her and her 11 sisters used to speak to each other in this language so they could talk about girly stuff like their periods and not have the boys understand what they were saying. When they were all older and had children my cousins and I knew this as "the auntie's language". But eventually most of us picked it up overtime.

The second language is one that me and my fellow cousins picked up so that we could talk to each other without our moms and anties knowing what we were saying! ;)

I will give you a sample of each language and you can tell me which one you would prefer to learn or that he would find easier for you.

We will start with simple words and then once you can say hippopotamus in the language, you got it down, and can practice on your own.
