I've been struggling with crafting a functional yet aesthetic-looking website.

Some features that would make life SO MUCH easier are having clients/prospects be able to fill out, save, and submit intake on my website (with a confidential log-in).

Also, I could use a good system for my unique process. I use Willo interviewing first before giving out my scheduler (this website may be embedded into my website). That way I can make sure that the first-time client is willing to put "skin in the game" and I can also make sure that we are a good match before my time is accessible. After I have reviewed the prospect's pre-consultation answers, I'd like to be able to contact that person and provide a way to schedule the free 15-minute "Therapy Tease" call if they are a good fit, or I'd like to contact them to let them know if they aren't a good fit (or could use medical attention for that matter).

I need a pricing/payment page set up because I want to be as transparent as possible. I am not charging for the services, I am charging for the time. I have an affordable IncomeFIT scaling system where customers choose their pricing based on income brackets. I'd love a brief quiz that helps the person choose their bracket and then they can pay whatever they would like within that bracket. For low-income, I'd like a way for patrons to 100% confidentially show proof of low income.

Now here's the tricky part. If you want to work with what I have already, it is AnexWellness.com and it is a free WIX account until I can get some clout going. If you are willing to engineer a whole new website and move the domain over, that would be perfectly awesome too!
