Hi everyone, I’m Georgia. I am an internationally accredited EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner, certified through EFT International. I also hold an associate degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Melbourne, Australia, and Level 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy Certification.

EFT is an evidence-based technique proven to help reduce anxiety, stress, phobias, overwhelm, and self-limiting beliefs. By gently tapping on acupressure points whilst tuning into what’s present, many people find calmness, clarity, and emotional release during the sessions. I have included an initial 20-minute online consultation in which we can discuss any questions or expectations that you may have, with the following sessions being 1 hour long via Zoom. I guide you through every step of the tapping process, so no prior experience is needed. Sessions are relaxed, intuitive, and collaborative—offered online, so you can connect from anywhere in the world. I can be flexible with dates and times.
